Matt Sheldon from Become Elite will show you three freestyle moves for beginners.

1. Thigh Catch to Hamstring Stall

The first move I'm going to show you is just the Thigh Catch to Hamstring Stall

On the thigh catch what you're going to do is when you're juggling it, that last juggle you're going to pop it up about knee height maybe a little bit higher and towards you. Lean forward with your knees. Point them outwards and then just squeeze them together and catch the ball.

Now, this is where it gets kind of tricky. After you have the ball in between your knees, what you're going to do is take one of your legs and kind of easily roll it over in front of the other leg and they're going to basically transition that ball to the back part of your hamstring and then once that ball is pushed back there you're going to bring your heel up and squeeze.

Now, this takes some getting used to and will definitely take some practice but once you get it down, I found you can get it down a couple days of practice. It sticks with you if you can easily do this move just about any time that you're juggling.

2. ATW from Foot Stall

The next move is just the foot stall to around the world

I find this easier than the normal around the world because you don't have that juggling variable into it. All you're going to do is basically get that ball up on your foot like in a foot stall. Let that ball slowly roll on the outside of your foot like it's going to roll off your foot.

You're just going to lift up your foot sideways and inwards. So the ball almost rolls off the side of your foot but still gets about a foot of height and then you're just gonna quickly bring your foot over around and back underneath.

Just like a normal around the world but you don't have to do it off the juggle.

3. The Noodle

Final move I'm going to show you is just the noodle

Where you knew once you kick it straight up and it comes back down, you want to time it so that you're going to lift up your leg and then kick out your foot straight as soon as that ball makes contact with that part right above your knees

So, right on the lower part of the thigh right as the ball dropping towards it, you're going to kick out your foot up and that's going to drop it slightly. So the ball can come down and then pop back up. And that's all there is to it, it looks complicated, it looks weird. But all I'm doing is right when the ball is hitting, I'm just kicking out and it's just catching and flicking it back up on some.

So, that's it, that's three easy freestyling moves that every beginner should know and can learn pretty quickly. I'm not saying that you're going to be able to do this first try but you still need to go out and still need to practice it. But give it a few days of practice, I think you guys can master these pretty quickly.
